Can I sample Coffeeza coffee before buying? I’m worried that I might not like the coffee…

We understand your concern. But at the moment, we don’t have a way for you to try our coffee. We’re definitely working on this aspect! However, you can trust the high reviews our coffee has got from thousands of our customers on our website as well as other ecommerce platforms. Is there a catch?

No, there really isn’t. We’re giving out the machine free of cost to you when you add Wallet credit. We want you to enjoy Coffeeza coffee without having to worry about buying a machine. If you are a regular coffee drinker, this plan is great for you and economical as well.

Does the coffee machine come with any free capsules?

Unfortunately, in this special plan, capsules need to be ordered separately using your credit balance.

How long are credits valid for? What can they be used on?

The credits are valid for 24 months, and can only be utilised towards capsules purchases.

What if I want to cancel the plan mid-way?

Please call up the customer service team. Plan can be only cancelled in case there is sufficient un-utilised credit balance available in your account. However, the machine cannot be returned and will be charged to you. In case you wish to cancel, only the difference of your credit balance and the machine price can be refunded. In case, the credit balance is insufficient, then refund is not possible unfortunately.
