that a prompt resolution is made.

What is your return policy?

We don't have a Refund Policy. Instead, we offer direct replacement policy applies to all the Machines.

If any defect is found in the first 14 days (from invoice date), then your product will be eligible for an instant replacement. However, we will ship the replacement only upon receiving the defective unit back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Product collection and re-shipping charges will be borne by us. Please contact Customer Care immediately if this is the case. Our customer support team will first need to understand the nature of the defect before arranging pickup using our courier partner.

How do I know that your machines are reliable?

We have put an incredible amount of time and effort in making sure that our machines
perform up to the quality standards which our customers expect. Our machines are built
using high grade components and we hope that they’ll last you a long time. Still, for your
complete peace of mind, we provide a free one year warranty from the purchase date,
covering manufacturing defects.

How can I get quality milk froth?

Make sure that the milk frother jug is clean prior to use. For quality milk froth we
recommend using whole or semi-skimmed milk sold in Tetrapak(R) packaging. If using
refrigerated milk, we advise you to allow it to arrive at normal room temperature before
frothing it.

What is Descaling? How do I clean and maintain my machine?

Minerals that are present in water, like calcium and magnesium, pass through the coffee
machine and over time get deposited inside the machine as limescale. Descaling is the
process of removing that mineral buildup. This ensures that your cup of coffee always
tastes exactly how it should and also helps prolong the life of your machine.

How does the Coffeeza capsule concept compare with other brewing formats?

Coffeeza capsules are self-preservative and have oxygen-barrier properties. This ensures
that the contents of our coffee capsules are well-insulated, protecting the aroma and
freshness of the coffee blends over time and thus, increasing their shelf life. Other forms of
commercially available ground coffee start to lose their flavour the moment they come in
contact with air.
Moreover, each capsule contains the exact quantity of coffee that’s needed to make a

recycling bin after removing the lid and emptying the used coffee grounds. (Tip: utilize the
