Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer calling and support (Customer complaints, Order query, Product information).
  • Creating & resolving customer tickets on customer support desk.
  • Submission of MIS report to the management.
  •  Managing CRM software and Abandoned cart.
  • Coordinating with the technical team for the repairs.
  • Handling Sales Order, Packaging, Invoice, shipment and closing the order.
  • Coordinating with the courier Partners.
  •  Responsible for Ecommerce websites order processing.
  •  Responsible for contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
