A bit about Decaffeination!
Decaf is short for decaffeinated coffee, and its beans have at least 97% of the caffeine removed. So it’s not completely caffeine-free.Coffeeza decaf coffee is sourced from the farms of Vietnam. As the world’s second-largest coffee exporter, Vietnam produces fragrant and full-bodied coffee. Coffee too good to miss out on!
The good side of the decaf!
Does decaf coffee have any nutritional value left in it? Yes! It should be almost identical to that of regular coffee, apart from the caffeine content. However, as you may have experienced the taste and aroma may get a little milder, depending on the method being used to extract caffeine content. And this can actually make decaf coffee an ideal and pleasant choice for those who are sensitive to regular coffee’s bitter taste and smell.
In the process of decaffeination, the coffee beans will have a compound found in coffee called cafestrol. This substance enhances the production of bile acids and is known to have potent anti-inflammatory properties that will benefit the brain.
