  • 100ml Espresso (Intenso blend)
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions:

  • Combine gelatin and water, allowing it to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, warm the cream, milk, and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Remove the mixture from heat and incorporate the gelatin mixture when it reaches a temperature of 50-60°C.
  • Integrate the shots of Coffeeza Intenso espresso into the mixture, stirring until a uniform blend is achieved.
  • Gently pour the mixture into moulds of your choosing (approximately 6 moulds) and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
