- 225g fresh cream
- 300g milk
- 20g milk powder
- 7g corn flour
- 100g Sugar
- 6 Coffeeza Caramel espresso shots
- Combine the corn flour with a portion of milk, stirring until you achieve a lump-free consistency.
- In a pot, combine fresh cream, milk, milk powder, corn flour mixture, and sugar.
- Gently cook the mixture until it either boils or thickens.
- After removing from heat, add the Coffeeza caramel espresso shots, blending it into the mixture until fully integrated.
- Allow this mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream machine until it reaches a soft serve consistency, then further freeze for a firmer texture.
